For problems with this website, the iOS alpha or the terminal client, open a report in Mutte’s public GitHub repository. A template will help you include the steps, expected result, app version and device.
GitHub reports are public and require a GitHub account. Remove personal information from screenshots and logs. Don’t include messages, contacts, passwords, keys, tokens or invitation links.
Report a bug on GitHubIf you suspect exposed data, an account-access problem or another vulnerability, use our private security reporting channel. Keep vulnerability details out of public bug reports.
Report a security issueEmail us for support, privacy questions or a request about your personal information. You don’t need a GitHub account. Please leave out passwords, encryption keys and message contents.
